Biography
Élisabeth completed her Master's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Montreal in September 2021. During her studies, she had the opportunity to gain experience in various areas of physiotherapy and developed a particular interest in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. Her primary goal is to enable her patients to engage in sports and daily activities without pain.
With this goal in mind, Élisabeth has pursued several continuing education courses, including certification as a sports first responder, training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, to provide comprehensive care for sports injuries. She is eager to further her knowledge through ongoing training in manual therapy offered by the Quebec Association of Orthopedic Manual Physiotherapy, having completed levels 1 and 2 thus far. Additionally, as a passionate cyclist, she completed the BikePT Bronze certification to assist cyclists of all levels in enjoying their sport without pain or limitations.
Élisabeth is certified to perform peripheral and spinal manipulations, as well as authorized to prescribe radiographs. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, soccer, triathlons, and more.
