Rachel Houde Physiotherapist

In 2019, Rachel began by graduating from the Université de Montréal with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. Having practiced several sports such as soccer and ringette, her interest in sports grew to eventually go beyond just practicing.  This interest, propelled by her curiosity about the human body and her desire to help others, led her to pursue her studies. Rachel completed a Master's degree in physiotherapy at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2023 and is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec.  

Having previously trained in peripheral manipulation, she was able to learn about spinal manipulation and advanced musculoskeletal practice. She would like to further her knowledge and take more in-depth training in manual therapy. In addition, she would like to add more strings to her bow in areas such as vertigo, BPPV and concussion. 

Rachel will help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to get back into your favorite sport or simply be able to play with your grandchildren, she'll listen to you. She'll not only try to solve your problem, but also prevent it from recurring. 

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys golf and fitness training.
