Biography
In 2020, Esther obtained her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, and in 2021, her DESS in Therapeutic Exercises from the University of Sherbrooke. She is a member of the Association des Kinésiologues, Kinésithérapeutes, Orthothérapeutes, Massothérapeutes du Québec (AKKOMQ) as a kinesiologist and massage therapist.
She has a specialization in musculoskeletal disorders, which allows her to perform therapeutic massages. During her university career, she accumulated experience during her internships in many different settings, but she developed a particular interest in rehabilitation. She has also worked as a kinesiologist with pregnant women and new mothers, and as a kinesiologist and massage therapist with the elderly, mostly in prevention of deconditioning.
Outside of work, Esther has been a flag soccer player for almost 10 years. She has coached teams at the high school level. An avid sports fan, she also plays soccer, volleyball, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing for fun.
