  • Plan the calendar and create publications for social media (Facebook, Instagram);
  • Answer visitors' questions or share them with the owner of the clinic;
  • Look out for the pages of partners and athlete ambassadors to share relevant content on social media;
  • Content creation for ASP newsletters;
  • Plan, manage and monitor other modes of communication (television in clinics, survey, etc.);
  • Plan and buy web advertising (Adword, Facebook, Youtube);
  • Analyze and improve the visibility of the clinic on the web (SEO / SEM web) and present reports with Google Analytics;
  • Make sure that the information on the website is up-to-date;
  • Create social media content ;
  • Participate and organize different events for the clinic;
  • Participate in the development of the marketing strategy, in collaboration with the owner of the clinic;
  • Plan the annual calendar to plan promotions, activities and events by integrating an action plan and the allocated budgets;
  • Maintain various lists of partners and contacts up to date;
  • Compile different statistics as requested by the head office;
  • Any other related tasks.


Schedule: 20 hours per week


Start date: as soon as possible


  • Hold a college or university degree in communication and marketing;
  • Comfortable using MS Office suite;
  • Be very comfortable with computers;
  • Great knowledge in social media;
  • Great knowledge of AdWord, Google Analytics, SER / SEM, Photoshop, Canva, Grip or other computer graphics software;
  • Excellent French both orally and in writing;
  • Bilingualism (asset).
