Biography

Philippe has always been fascinated by the human body and sporting activity in general. From an early age, he began martial arts and obtained a black belt in Kyokushinkai karate when he was only 12 years old. He believes that not only does physical activity have an immensely positive impact on the health of the human body, it also helps prevent aches and illnesses, and improves the psychological well-being of athletes in the long run.

Largerly involved in the region he lives in, Philippe has been, since 2015, a very active member of the "Chambre de Commerce de la MRC de Deux-Montagnes". Since 2017, he has also been a member on the Board of Directors for the "Development Council for the Laurentian Sports Excellence" as a volunteer administrator. It is his way of helping a cause he values a lot: the athletic development of young athletes living in the Lower Laurentians.

Philippe received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Biomedical profile) from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 2012. He then continued his academic training and obtained his master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same university in 2013. Although his studies are not directly related to healthcare, they have allowed him to acquire a biomechanical understanding of the human body, attention to detail, as well as some accounting concepts that are very useful to him in managing the Action Sport Physio Saint-Eustache/Deux-Montagnes clinic, which he co-owns with his spouse Marianne Levac.

His main objective? To make sure that your visit to the clinic is an enjoyable one, a perfect one even!
