Frédérike Berger Lebel
Frédérike completed her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in 2017. She will be writing her certification exam in November 2017 at the National Examination with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association.
She is now pursuing a Master’s in Exercise Science. She has a particular interest in lower back pain, fear-avoidance belief, biopsychosocial model and kinesiophobia. Throughout the past couple of years, she felt the need to extend her knowledge concerning different injuries and pathologies in many situations encountered during her 1200 hours internships.
Since 2013, she has been working with several sports teams such as rugby, football, basketball, soccer and softball. She has been playing hockey since the age of 7. She has been part of the Concordia women’s hockey team since 2013.
