Charlie obtained a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 2015. She has always had a strong interest in sport and physical health, which led her to pursue her studies in physiotherapy. She completed her Master's degree in physiotherapy at McGill University in 2018 and is now a member of the Ordre Professionnel des Physiothérapeutes du Québec.
Charlie discovered a particular interest in manual therapy and active clientele through her internships in various settings. She therefore decided to pursue her career at Action Sport Physio in Repentigny.
Charlie's goal is to develop her knowledge as a physiotherapist through various continuing education programs, specifically in the field of orthopaedics and sports. During her studies, she completed her level 1 in Manual Therapy and recently completed her training as a First Responder in Sport. This will allow her to get involved with the many sports teams in her region. In addition, she will soon begin Pilates training, which will complement her practice and allow her to use an additional approach to optimize her clients' physical health.
With her determination and passion for health and physical activity, Charlie will share her knowledge to help her clients achieve their goals and regain their well-being.
