Right after completing her university studies, she embarked on osteopathic studies at the Centre ostéopathique du Québec (COQ) in 2015 to perfect her knowledge of the human body and bring a holistic approach to her physiotherapy treatments. She also continues her training in physiotherapy in manual therapy and jaw disorder analysis. She will know how to treat you from head to toe!
Catherine has always been passionate about sports, having played flag-football and volleyball during her studies. She now practices triathlon, yoga and hiking. During her studies, she was a therapist for the McGill women's rugby team for 2 years. She learned to do tapings and respond quickly on the field. She will be able to give you advice on running gait, your bike positioning or even on your breathing to help you manage your stress.
Catherine will be happy to listen to you and figure out your pain to help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible!
