Audrey-Ann Brunelle Nutritionist

My name is Audrey-Ann Brunelle. I am a nutritionist member of the Ordre des Diététistes-Nutritionnistes du Québec.

A few years ago, health problems in my family illustrated to me the necessity and the beneficial impact that healthy lifestyle habits could have. This is what led me to the wonderful world of nutrition. I sincerely believe that a healthy diet can contribute to the overall health of an individual. This is why I make it my mission to pass on my knowledge, based on the latest scientific data, to my clients. My primary goal is to help each of my clients reach their own goals.

As a practitioner of several endurance sports, including ultra-marathons and triathlons, I obviously have a soft spot for sports nutrition.
