Anick Paquin Physiotherapist

Anick obtained her Master's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Montreal in 2014. She is a member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ) and the Canadian and Quebec Association of Physiotherapy (ACP and AQP).

She has been practicing in private clinics since the beginning of her career, working with a diverse clientele. Over time, she has developed an interest in sports injuries as well as in managing chronic and/or persistent pain.

Since December 2019, she has been able to use dry needling in physiotherapy, in addition to other treatment techniques, to achieve effective muscle relaxation and reduce inflammation.

Anick has pursued numerous continuing education courses throughout her career to enhance her knowledge and broaden her skill set. These include courses on temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), treatment and prevention of running injuries, and advanced manual therapy (AQPMA).

Being very athletic and adventurous herself, she has experienced several musculoskeletal injuries which have heightened her understanding of the physical and psychological challenges that can arise when an injury prevents us from functioning, working, and engaging in the activities we love. Therefore, she can guide and support you in your rehabilitation process with great empathy!
