Working at Action Sport Physio - Montreal West these past four years has been a fulfilling journey in many ways. For me, the most important thing is knowing, when I walk through those doors, that there are people I look forward to seeing every chance I get. It is truly my definition of a team environment. Not only do we help each other improve in knowledge, we support each other in our personal growth. I have been given the opportunity to discover my potential as a therapist, counselor, business woman, co-worker and overall health adviser through the platform that Action Sport provides. The clients that faithfully seek our expertise give me the drive and determination to always go further in discovering my own potential in order for me to bring them to a higher place in their potential. I can't think of a more satisfying way to spend my time doing what I love and am passionate about. As each season passes every year, I reassess my goals and needs as a consultant. The people, the growth, the intent, the team atmosphere, the support and the opportunity continually bring me back through the doors of Action Sport with joy, pleasure and happiness in my choice.

Action Sport Montreal West is where it all began…6 years ago! As my first employer, this job has been everything I ever wanted in a workplace. Ronny has created an amazing environment which stimulates learning and enjoyment. I have had the opportunity to grow as a physiotherapist and as a VPO at Mo-West. Being one of the first employees I had the opportunity to see our team build and change over time. There have been obstacles along the way but we have always been lucky enough to have amazing staff wanting to work with us, and the clinic has flourished because of them. I think it has to do with the warming clientele, friendly neighborhood and fun staff. From that first day I have now also become a mother and spending a year away from the clinic with my extended family, has been difficult. I don’t get to laugh and spend time in the staff room, and hear new stories from the interesting clients, and I don’t get to share new techniques and experiences with my colleagues. We have become a family over time and our own families have also become friends in our circle. Overall, Mo-West has been a great choice in my life. Yes, some days do get stressful but I always know that there are individuals around me to lend a helping hand and at the end of the day we always pull through. Everyone does a bit more than there own tasks to help out and that’s what makes me want to go to work each day!

As a new therapist at Montreal West, I was both excited and a little nervous to start in this new environment. I was quickly welcomed into the family and felt at home within my first week. I had an employer that took time to listen and offer suggestions. I had colleagues that were both easy to joke around with, yet took their job seriously and, most importantly, I felt that the clientele recognized the difference in quality of service that was being offered at this clinic. I see many opportunities for growth in my practice at Montreal West and this I attribute it to the young dynamic team that surrounds me.

Je travaille depuis 1 an chez Action Sport Physio Montréal Ouest en tant que thérapeute du sport. Un des aspects que j'apprécie le plus de travailler chez ASP est le travail d'équipe. J'aime pouvoir travailler avec différents professionels de la santé. Tout le monde a une approche différente et nous apprenons beaucoup en discutant et en travaillant avec les autres. Je me suis beaucoup développée en tant que thérapeute depuis 1 an et je crois que c'est parce que je travaille dans un environnement stimulant. Je suis une bien meilleure thérapeute aujourd'hui et je ne crois pas que je me serais développée autant si je n'avais pas été aussi bien entourée. Mes collègues de travail sont toujours ouverts à essayer de nouvelles approches, à innover et à essayer de nouvelles façons de faire. L'équipe chez ASP est très amicale. Les relations de travail sont très bonnes et ça rend le travail de tout le monde beaucoup plus facile et plaisant. Côté professionnel, je travaille aussi avec les Condors de Kahnawake dans la ligue de hockey Jr AAA du Québec et je suis aussi étudiante de 3eme année en ostéopathie. J'apprécie beaucoup qu'on me permette d'ajuster mon horaire en fonction du hockey et de mes cours. Mon expérience chez Action Sport Physio Mtl Ouest est très enrichissante et je souhaite la poursuivre encore longtemps.

I began my journey at Action Sport Physio 4 and a half years ago on a sunny May afternoon. I was just ending my third semester of University. I was very shy and the evening receptionist position I accepted from Ronny Varga was about to change my life. Overwhelmed with a new world of healing I was unfamiliar with, I had to challenge my personal client service capabilities with the shyness I was working to overcome. I was immediately comfortable with my surroundings. The team at Action Sport Physio-Montreal West quickly became a team of professionals I would grow to highly respect. They were so patient, accepting and willing to teach me the tools I would need to allow me to help our patients arriving in need of information and treatment. When I found myself graduating from university I was openly willing to accept the full time position we had available at the clinic as a career path. Shortly after, I was shocked to be promoted to Vice-President Administration. I could not see myself working anywhere else. The team that's handpicked by Ronny has grown and changed over the last few years and the clinic has grown and changed over the last few years as well. The clinic improvements have allowed us to provide an even better personalized quality of service to our clients and our ever growing team and vibe have always stayed the same. I am so proud to say that I joined an amazing team of professionals.

Je suis très contente de travailler pour Action Sport Physio. Je travaille pour la compagnie depuis près de 4 ans et j'adore mon travail. L'ambiance est très agréable. Je suis nouvellement diplômée à titre de physiothérapeute et je dois dire que mon passage à la clinique Action Sport Physio St-Jérôme a changé ma vie! Dès ma première semaine de stage, je faisais partie de la famille. J'ai été accueillie par toute l'équipe, plus particulièrement par les gestionnaires, de manière si chaleureuse que je n'ai pas pu refuser l'offre d'emploi qui m'a été offerte par la suite. C'est tout un plaisir de travailler au sein de l'équipe Action Sport Physio de Vaudreuil. C'est très facile de faire du bon travail, car tout le monde s'entraide peu importe leur poste. Les 3 propriétaires travaillent très fort pour nous et pour la clientèle, ce qui m'inspire à me dépasser. Une ambiance des plus remarquables règne dans la clinique. Adorant la course à pied, je suis au paradis pour discuter ou me faire traiter, car les cliniques comptent plusieurs spécialistes et amateurs de course à pied.
