Marie-Hélène Bouillon

Physiothérapeute

Marie-Hélène Bouillon graduated from Laval University in 1999 with a Bachelor`s Degree in Physiotherapy. She is a member of ‘L’Ordre Professionel de Physiothérapie du Québec’.    At the beginning of her career she rapidly acquired the taste for more global involvement  with her clientele. Global Postural Re-adaptation has become her favourite type of intervention after she completed her training in 2003.  After a few years of private practice and the birth of her first child, she discovered another interest - Perineal Re-adaptation. She started practicing this approach after completing her formation in 2006. She likes to help women of all ages afflicted by urinary incontinence and who often do not know where to go for help. It is a problem that is often underestimated and that can severely affect quality of life. Her need for more knowledge and her sense of perfection have led her to start her Master`s Degree at the University of Montreal in Perineal and Pelvic Re-adaptation. When she is not at the clinic, you can find her with her two children or doing outdoor activities such as biking and skiing.

Caroline Guy

Physiotherapist since 1990, specialised in manual therapy (level 3 and superior quadrants + inferior) as well as in global postural re-education.  Conscientious, meticulous and passionate by her profession and by physical activities in all its shapes…  Aware of patient needs and concerned about their physical well-being.  Treatment objective: to be one team with the patient in order to improve their physical condition by giving them the tools they need, personalised exercises as well as prevention tips.

Marc Jobin

Like the curling stone that aims to reach its objective, like the flippers of a scuba diver that helps to propel forward, like the hockey stick that accompanies an athlete on his progress, like the jersey that distinguishes our team, like the sand wedge that pulls us out of situations, like the kayak that overcomes obstacles, and like the mound that gives you the extra that makes the difference, Marc Jobin assures the good progress of patients.  With him, patients have priority so they can be able to scar their injuries in the comfort and motivation they deserve.  He is the resource person you can rely on.  Adept of the sporting world, he is a player, a spectator, an ex-referee and pushes for the development of sports.

Julie Rousseau

Bachelors in physical education from the Quebec University in Montreal in 1992, Julie Rousseau works as a massage therapist at the clinic since 2005.  With a diploma from Guijek, she specialises in therapy and Deep Tissue.  Attentive to client needs, Julie adapts her manoeuvre in order to respect the muscle tissues.  For clients who enjoy a massage more in depth, Deep Tissue is an interesting choice because it is done with fists and elbows.  The most important for Julie is the respect of the muscle because with experience, results are more conclusive.  She is convinced that massage therapy helps to restructure the body as well as to help let go of a life too often accompanied of stress we could do without.  In the event professional exhaustion, a massage aimed at relaxation would become a therapeutic treatment.  She has also a formation of massages in the academic sector; she begins this fall a massage therapy project with autistic children.  Among her sports accomplishments, Julie holds a 4th dan belt in Shotokan Karate and has been practicing this martial art for over 20 years.  She participated in 7 Canadian championships.  She knows well how much a body can take and endure.

Eloise Vandal

Éloïse graduated in physiotherapy from McGill University in 2006.  Since then, she continued to deepen her knowledge by annually following courses in manual therapy.  She also followed the First Responder course as well as a McKenzie course for lumbar pain.  Éloïse has played soccer since she was 7 years old.  She played for many teams such as Laval Conquérants, Saint-Louis Lakers, Quebec teams, McGill University and the Laval Comets.  Victim of a torn ligament in 2000, Éloïse got the chance to observe physiotherapist in action for over 1 year and it was at that moment that her desire to become a physiotherapist was born.  By participating in many Canadian championships, international games and training camps, she knows very well what sports can ask from the human body.
