We are looking for an accounting clerk who will be in charge of the accounting for four (4) of our clinics.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Entering data into the system;
- Reconcile the GST / QST accounts;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Verify and record expense accounts and credit card reports;
- Collect overdue accounts;
- Prepare inventory reports (if required);
- Administer payroll;
- Answering questions related to accounting and payroll;
- All other related administrative tasks.
- Part-time position
- 3 days per week
- Possibility of becoming a full-time position at the beginning of 2018
- College diploma or equivalency in accounting;
- Very good knowledge of Quickbooks;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Nethris (an asset);
- Discretion, professionalism, autonomy, team spirit, desire to be active in a dynamic team;
- Proactive, rapid learning;
- Excellent communication skills.
