She has dedicated most of her career to helping patients in a critical care facility; and has gained ongoing experience with patients/clients with diseases requiring nutritional interventions as a part of medical treatments (i.e diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary issues, and high risk pregnancies). She has also worked in the private setting as she feels that early intervention and ongoing healthy lifestyle practices are essential in ongoing disease prevention.
Tina focuses on personalized counselling; she encourages clients to explore motivational and goal setting strategies in order to make dietary and lifestyle changes a long-lasting and positive experience.
