Stephanie started her career at Action Sport Physio as a physiotherapist after obtaining her bachelor’s degree from McGill University in April 2008.
It was after working as an assistant at ASP Boucherville and having played several sports that Stephanie discovered her passion for sports physiotherapy. In order to perfect her skills in this domain, she followed the first responder in sports course in April 2008. Since, she’s actively involved within several sporting teams, notably in sports such as soccer and hockey, with which she traveled to competitions at the provincial and national levels.
Furthermore, she followed specialized courses on running, allowing her to cover running events of all sorts, notably the Montreal Marathon. She also completed, in 2010, level 2 in manual therapy and courses pertaining to motor control of the cervical regions and shoulder in 2011, domains in which she would love to pursue and perfect her knowledge.
In her spare time, she loves running, training at the gym and downhill skiing. She’s also an avid reader.
