I was playing a soccer game, when I got tripped and fell right onto my knee. It was bothering me for the rest of the game, like a piercing pain, right below my knee cap. Later went to the physio, a week and a half after I had been injured (my parents didn’t think I had hurt myself that bad). When I was there I was told I had tendonitis. It was so bad at first that I could hardly bend my leg or walk up stairs. I was told to do different exercises that would increase the strength and flexibility in my knee. From December the 6th until the 20th.
