Laura Caspin graduated from McGill University with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy. She is a licensed member with l’ Ordreprofessionnel de la physiotherapie du Quebec (OPPQ) and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Laura hasalso completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University.
Laura has experience working with client of varying age groups with orthopaedic, neurological and cardiovascular conditions. Laura also has experience working as a Certified Athletic Therapist with rugby, football and soccer athletes at both amateur and elite levels. She has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
Laura is also certified in the Complete Concussion Management program (CCMI). This is an evidence-based program that offers the most comprehensive baseline testing to athletes and the general publicin guiding their rehabilitation process for a full and safe recovery.
Laurawill go above and beyond to assure her clients attain the personal goals they set for therapy. She believes a strong client/ therapist relationship is essential in order to achieve the best possible results.
Laura loves training and competing in triathlons, participating in all outdoor physical activities and is an avid traveller.
