After years of involvement in a variety of sports and physical activity, Jill obtained her certification as a personal trainer in order to share her knowledge and passion for fitness with others. With an emphasis on educating her clients about why certain exercises are done and how to execute them correctly, Jill aims to teach her clients the fundamentals of training and to set them up for a lifetime of safe and effective exercise. Additionally, Jill obtained her certification in corrective conditioning in order to be able to assess and correct issues with posture and patterns of movement. She also specializes in circuit and small group training, where she combines functional movements with high intensity intervals to provide a dynamic and efficient workout.
Jill works with clients of all ages and levels of fitness. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to start a new fitness program, or are interested in having someone push you past your current limits, Jill can create a program to suit your individual goals and needs.
A little more about Jill; an avid skier from a young age, Jill takes every opportunity she can to get out of the city and hit the slopes. Jill also took up competitive bodybuilding in early 2017, and plans to continue competing in the near future!
