Jessica began her undergraduate studies in 2015, at Concordia University, in the field of Exercise Science with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in physiotherapy after she completes her undergraduate degree. Prior to this, she studied Sciences at John Abbott College.
Through her schooling, she has experience working with older adults in both assisting them in exercise and educating others about the importance of exercise. She has a passion for helping people to remain active and enjoy it. She also loves to coach soccer for young children.
Jessica is fascinated by how the body works and enjoys studying subjects such as human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and neural control of human movement. In the future, she hopes to integrate all of these areas into a career in the field of health science.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing both soccer and hockey. Jessica has been coaching soccer for the past few years and is currently coaching an intercity team of young girls. She also enjoys reading many different kinds of books.
