Evelyne graduated in acupuncture at Rosemont College in 2007 and is a member of the OAQ, l’Ordre des Acupuncteurs du Québec. She is also trained in kinetic Swedish massage and sports massage at the Institut Kiné-Concept of Montreal (in 2003 and 2004). She worked as a massage therapist in a physical conditioning center and in a SPA. During the summer 2006, she was a sports massage therapist for FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation) at the Swimming World Cup in Montreal. Evelyne is so dedicated to improving her techniques that she traveled to China to master her skills in acupuncture and tuina massage at the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou.
She attended several continuing education seminars on the evaluation and the treatment of musculo-skeletal pain through the Trigger Points approach. In winter 2008, Evelyne joined the team of Action Sport Physio Downtown as an acupuncturist. She also continues to offer us her value in massage therapy.
Empathic, motivated, generous, the therapist is listening to her patients and concerned of their well being. When she is not at the clinic, Evelyne enjoys swimming, cycling, climbing, singing and cooking. To relax, she is doing Qi Gong.
