Catherine graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy. She is a member of l’Ordre des professionnels de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ) and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
While pursuing her studies, Catherine worked as a student therapist for the McGill men’s Lacrosse and Rugby varsity teams. Those experiences developed her interest in Sports Physiotherapy, for which she then completed her Sports First Responder certificate. Catherine is also certified from the K-taping International Academy and completed a course to become certified in analyzing running pattern and treating the injuries associated with running. Catherine recently completed the McKenzie Part A technique for treating back injuries.
Catherine’s background in sports involves gymnastics, which she practiced and coached for over 10 years on a competitive level. She currently enjoys jogging, weight lifting, tennis and travelling.
