B.Sc. Kin., FKQ
Catherine received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Université de Montréal in 2014. She is a member of the Fédération des kinésiologues du Québec. In order to improve interventions with her clientele, Catherine has been studying osteopathy at Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal since September 2015.
She became interested in helping a sports-minded clientele during her studies in kinesiology. Adding osteopathy to her knowledge of kinesiology allows Catherine to have a thorough understanding of biomechanics and of the way the human body works. Thus, each of her interventions is adapted to each of her clients according to their needs and goals.
Catherine enjoys downhill skiing and has been teaching it since she was 15. She has passed the Level 3 certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance and is currently preparing for the highest certification level, Level 4, as well as being an instructor for the organization. Additionally, she works at a ski school as an instructor for differently abled clientele and as a trainer for the ski schools’ instructors.
As a sports and outdoor enthusiast, Catherine devotes much of her summer to cycling and hiking. The rest of the year, in addition to skiing, you will find her training for speed skating and jogging, on and off road.
