Solen Archambault- Audet Osteopath

Solen Archambault-Audet's initial professional training was in contemporary dance. Her desire to work in the field of health care, combined with her keen interest in the body and movement, led her to train as an osteopath. She obtained her bachelor's degree in osteopathy in 2010 from the Collège d'études Ostéopathiques de Montréal (CEO) and her diploma in osteopathy in 2012 from the Institut des Hautes Etudes d'Ostéopathie (IdHEO) in partnership with the Université de Nantes in France.

Solen came back to Quebec after living and practicing osteopathy in France for over 10 years. There, she completed a specialization in perinatal and pediatric osteopathy, and had the opportunity to take several post-graduate courses in tissue, visceral and somato-emotional approaches to osteopathy. She has also recently completed training in archaic reflexes, to enrich her treatment of newborns, children and adults alike!

She has worked in partnership with midwives for a number of years, supporting women during and after pregnancy, and helping their children in the early stages of life and throughout their motor and cognitive development. Nevertheless, she is accustomed to a diverse patient base of all ages and profiles, including athletes.

Her desire for connection, authenticity and sensitivity guides her in the constant search for the most appropriate care in each of her consultations, to ensure quality and effectiveness. Solen attaches great importance to the holistic care of her patients, and favors a multidisciplinary approach.
